We pride ourselves on prompt shipping! We try our best to get your orders shipped out within 2 business days. Exceptions include Pre-Orders and some jewelry that is made to order, in which those details will be included on the product listing.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us within: 5 days of delivery and ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery

All Sale, Clearance and Pre-Order items are not eligible for return. Including Black Friday Deals.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders, Digital Artwork, Intimate items: including but not limited to earrings & swim wear (for health/hygiene reasons), Items on sale.

Conditions of return and exchanges: Buyers are responsible for return and or exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
